Christmas 2005 - Herron's

Here is our Christmas time with my parents in Virginia. My parent's home was decorated beautifully, of course, thanks to my mom. We had a lot of fun. The boys watched motorcycle racing, Battlestar Galactica, Serenity and a ton of animation videos and the girls scrapped and made tons of cards. We also opened of ton of great gifts - my favorite was my new KitchenAid mixer!!!!!! I have been wantin' one of them bad boys for a while. Then my mother had to go back to work the following week so we just hung out with the father figure and went to colonial Williamsberg. Too much fun with the fam!

Christmas 2005 - Large's

This year we got open our gifts early - TWO WEEKS EARLY! Jonathan & Elizabeth, Jon & Kelly's kids, could contain themselves. They were eyeing the gifts ALL day, too cute. We all got great gifts - from a motorcycle helmet to CD's to gift certificates to climbing gear to the world's toughest puzzle! We had great fun just sitting around playing games, laughing, telling and hearing great stories from childhood and eating a FANTASTIC Christmas dinner.

We even got some 'inventive' wrapping - notice which words are crossed out...

Halloween

Here we are - 2005 Halloween. One of Donna's - one of Paul's aunts - favorite party days! So we got the place good and decorated. The boys, Paul and his cousin, Nathan, fixed up the front lawn to look like a grave yard. A little creepy and a little too life like! Anyway, we had great fun, great food and great games.

What good is halloween without pumpkin carving!?

Here is Paul and my tribute to TROGDOR - the burninator!!!

Nathan - as Wolverine

Auntie - as a tourist

Donna - a gun slingin' wild woman

Paul - the mysterious vampire

Me! - a vamp fairy (see my wings! :))
